Message	Currently, we have my Z, my MR-2, Laura's Mustang and something new in the works, so with 4 cars the existing garage is not a big concern. This will be our first house and the nice thing about this one in particular is that it is not in a subdivision, there is no HOA to deal with and its on 3/4 of an acre. Its also a foreclosure home, so we are negotiating directly with the bank holding it. If all goes to plan we will be picking it up for around $125K. Provided we get it for around that, it leaves plenty of room in our budget to build a detached 4 car garage on the side, connected by a breeze-way. We had initially budgeted for $180-$225K for a new home but this house just kind of grabbed our attention. It is a 1800sqFt 3/2/1 so its not terribly large but it was built in '98 by a local architect so it has some subtle and unique features that make it appealing.
